Project Zeta in Zagora, Pelion, presents an exhibition of paintings by Félix Delandre entitled 'Anima', which builds upon the artist's enduring interest in memory, perception, and transformation. The exhibition opens on 2 August at 8 pm.
Focusing on the element of 'life' and energy that permeates every form, the exhibition explores the concept of ANIMA. The works highlight the use of geometric patterns, lettering, spontaneous colour manipulation and playful composition. Contemporary art enters into dialogue with the authentic nature and tranquillity of Zagora at the same time.
Born in Paris in 1987, Félix Delandre received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Sorbonne University in 2010 and a Master of Fine Arts from Central Saint Martins in 2011. He has exhibited his work in solo and group shows across Europe, including notable exhibitions such as "Rooms" at Kappatos in Athens (2013), "Recent Works" at e5 in London (2023), and the group exhibition "Initiating the Riddle" at the Giorgio de Chirico Art Centre in Volos (2023). He lives and works in London.
